YOU MAY -

1. Use the work for your expressly communicated purpose (as stated in your Statement of Work)

2. Use the work on your social media (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc)

3. Use the work for any non-commercial service

4. Use the work on your Twitch stream 5. Use the work to create merchandise (including physical)

6. Choose to omit crediting me (the creator) in your work

YOU MAY NOT -

1. Use the work to make false representations of me (the creator)

2. Use the work for commercial service (unless otherwise specified in the initial Statement of Work or covered in the above use cases)

3. Use the work to represent a company, brand, or image not previously specified in the initial Statement of Work

4. Use the work in extraordinary cases unless you ask for written permission from me (the creator)

5. Claim the work as your own or someone else’s

6. Duplicate or adjust the design for profit

REFUNDS

1. I (the creator)reserve the express right to trigger a refund and cancel this agreement at any point before final completion of the work.

2. After the work has been complete and files have been handed over, a refund cannot be made. 

3. While the work is underway, NO REFUND WILL BE ACCEPTABLE. Once an agreement is made, I will do my best to complete the work.

4. If refunding, only a portion of your funds will be returned in accordance with the total percentage of the work that is already completed. Files in progress will be handed over to you.

5. Refunds are only possible when funds are cleared and available for returning. This is to avoid instances where a client pays for a task and immediately asks for a refund before funds are available to send.
